Warranty length varies between one, two and three years depending on which page you read, and the P2Max carries a 3.3 star rating with documented motor failures and a burning smell. CPSC stop-use warning (2026-04-16)
The CPSC issued a stop-use warning covering Sperax walking pads and treadmills: 201 reports of uncontrollable speed or abrupt stops (66+ falls), 573 overheating or fire reports, and an importer that refused an acceptable recall. It names models Pro, Q1, RM-01 and RM-02; of the five models here only the P1 (RM-001) carries a model number we can match, and the rest carry none either way. Complaint counts are consumer reports rather than verified defect rates, and fire reports run across this whole product category, but the refused recall is unusual.
